Pittsford Firecracker 5 and 10K Road Run
The event takes place on June 27, 2026, in Pittsford, Michigan, with starts and finishes at the Pittsford Elementary School playground (9304 Hamilton Street). Races run around the perimeter and outskirts of the village on partially shaded paved and dirt roads.

Split times are recorded at one and two miles for the 5K and at one and three miles for the 10K. A water station is available at about 1.5 miles for the 5K. Fresh fruit and water are provided for participants at the finish, and door prizes are awarded.
Competition and awards follow age and gender divisions. There are 30 age and gender groups, overall male and female trophies, and medals for the top three finishers in each division. The 5K walk is a competitive category; participants must walk, not run, to be eligible for medals. The 10K is in its seventh year and is noted as the only 10K in Hillsdale County.
