The Pistol Ultra Run : March 13–14, 2027, Alcoa, Tennessee
The Pistol is a weekend of multiple running events held at the Springbrook Pool Center in Alcoa, Tennessee (636 Vose Road). Races take place on a paved greenway that follows Pistol Creek. The course is USATF certified, looped, and described as flat and fast. Night lighting is installed along the route for visibility and safety.
Aid stations are fully stocked and volunteers staff race operations. The event welcomes push rims and walkers. Participants may set up support crew areas along the course, and indoor heated restrooms are available. A pacer option is offered for some races.

- 10 Mile - 10.18 miles
- 20 Mile - 20.36 miles
- 50K - 31.14 miles
- 50 Mile Night Race - 50.9 miles
- 100K - 62.28 miles
- 100 Mile - 101.8 miles
- 50K/50 Mile Double Barrel - 81.069 miles
The Double Barrel requires starting and finishing both the 50K and the 50 Mile to qualify and has its own award. Packet pickup and a race store are scheduled the day before at the nearby hotel, and a guest speaker is listed as to be announced. The event notes generous time cutoffs, with up to 32 hours available for the longest races. Pets are not allowed on the premises due to insurance restrictions.
