PINK "ME" Breast Cancer 5K Fun Walk or Run
The event is the 1st Annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk or Run presented by CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico in partnership with PINK "ME." It takes place in Alamogordo, New Mexico, on 10/03/2026 near 2669 Scenic Drive.
Participants of all ages may walk or run the 3.1 Miles route. The route begins at the International Space Hall of Fame, follows Scenic Drive with views of Alamogordo, and concludes in front of the CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico Cancer Center. Registration is open from 09/03/2026 through 10/03/2026 and the registration fee is $25.00.
The event aims to bring the community together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and support people currently affected by breast cancer. PINK "ME" provides education, community outreach, and survivorship programs and works to expand access to mammogram screenings. PINK "ME" also operates a Patient Portal for Financial Support to help eligible patients and families access assistance for treatment-related expenses and resources.
