Cactus to Cloud Sky Race : October 17–18, 2026
The Cactus to Cloud Sky Race is a trail running event based in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. It includes two point to point mountain courses that move from desert terrain into high-elevation forest near the Sacramento Mountains. The event is organized by Wanderlust Running and is listed as the third event in the inaugural Sacramento Mountains Ultra Series, which is staged from Cloudcroft (elevation about 8,676 ft).

- Sky Race 50K starting at Oliver Lee State Park (409 Dog Canyon Rd, Alamogordo)
- Cloud Run 32K starting at Sunspot (3001 Visitor Center Rd)
