Pierogi 5K Walk/Run
The Pierogi 5K Walk/Run is the sixth annual event held on July 18, 2026, at Butler Community College LindenPointe parking lot on Innovation Way in Hermitage, PA 16148. The event includes a timed 5K, a 1 mile walk, and a kids fun run.

Registration opens on 2026-02-01 and closes on 2026-07-18. Fees listed for each event include: 1-Mile Walk ($25) and 5K ($30) which include an event t-shirt and a finisher medal; kids fun run ($8) includes a participation medal with an optional add-on event t-shirt. Same day registrations cannot be guaranteed a shirt or medal.
Each participant will receive pierogis with assorted toppings after the event. The Perfect Pair will provide specialty toppings for the pierogi bar. Uncloud Coffee will serve single-origin hot and iced coffee and single-origin iced teas. Ano & Co. Photography will provide professional digital photos available for download of start and finish, action shots, the medal ceremony, and other event activity. A DJ will provide music on site.
The 5K is timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown, and medals are provided for all participants. 5K awards include top three overall male and female, plus top three in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.
