About the race
Pier to Beer '27 is a social charity drinks run along Bournemouth seafront, with a start and finish at Blend on Richmond Hill. The route is approximately 7 km and includes four drinks stops at seafront venues. The event is described as social rather than competitive: there are no winners or official timers and participants stay together as they move between stops.
The event is open to runners, joggers and walkers, and participants must be 18 or older. A complimentary Pier to Beer event T-shirt is included with entry. Entry fees are donated to charity; the organiser also provides a donation page for Diverse Abilities. Drinks purchased during the run are not included in the ticket price unless a venue states otherwise.
Practical information notes that the run will go ahead in most weather conditions and that participants should wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
