Picayune 10 Miler
The Picayune 10 Miler is scheduled for 02/13/2027 in Naples, Florida at 2121 52nd Ave SE. This is the sixth annual running of the event. The primary race distance is 10.25 Miles with a general public entry and a separate Legacy Runner entry reserved for athletes who have finished the race every year in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Registration opens on July 6, 2026 and follows a tiered price structure: the open early period through September 14 is $50 for general entries and $40 for Legacy Runners; September 15 to November 14 is $60 and $50 for Legacy; November 15 to December 14 is $65; December 15 to January 15 is $75; and from January 15 until the event sells out the fee is $85.
The course combines gravel road, single-track mountain bike trails, jeep roads, and sand. A downloadable Garmin course is available and the course will be well marked, though runners should remain attentive on trail sections. Dogs are not allowed on course due to narrow sections.
Awards include a finisher award, age-group recognition in 10-year increments with sustainable awards for the top three in each group, separate recognition for the top 10 overall, and prize money for the top three overall finishers and top performers in age brackets.
