Event overview
The 2026 GCR Thanksgiving race takes place in Naples, FL (34102) on November 26, 2026. The event includes the following races:

The 5K and 1 Mile Walk have an entry fee of $35. The kids races are free. The Kids 1K is open to ages 1–18. The Kids 100 Yard Dash is open to ages 1–9.
Course, logistics and benefits
The course starts on 5th Avenue and winds through downtown Naples. Packet pickup is recommended in advance on Tuesday 11/24 and Wednesday 11/25 at Naples on the Run (20 10th St. S., Naples, FL 34102) during posted hours. Race day packet pickup is available at the venue for a limited time; there is no day-of registration. There is plenty of free parking, with multiple 4-story parking garages within 200 m of packet pickup. Paid participants receive shirts. Race medals are given to all finishers. Walkers, strollers and dogs are allowed and should start near the back; a turnaround is provided for a one-mile option on the 5K course. The event benefits St. Matthew's House and the Youth Development/Scholarship Fund and includes a canned-goods collection for St. Matthew's House. The course is open for 90 minutes.
