Course and format

Runners complete laps of an out-and-back course that is 5.3 km (3.28 miles) per lap around Grafham Water, starting and finishing at Marlow Car Park, Grafham, Huntingdonshire, PE28 0BH. The surface is mainly tarmac cycle paths with a small section of gravel. The course has minimal elevation gain and loss, making it relatively flat.

Minimum distance is one lap, or 3.28 miles, and participants may complete as many laps as they wish within the six-hour limit. All participants receive a medal or memento; finishers receive a 110 mm tall bespoke finishers' medal. A fully stocked aid station will be available on course.
