Phoenix Running - Gloucestershire Choose Your Own
This timed event takes place on Tuesday 18 August 2026 in Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 4UN. Entry fees are listed as £37.95 for affiliated runners and £39.95 for unaffiliated runners. A no medal option is available.
Participants choose the distance they want to run along a 3.28 mile out and back route beside the Stroud Waterways canal at Ebley Wharf. Runners and walkers may complete as many or as few laps as they wish, with a seven hour time limit for the event.
The event uses a flexible rock up and run format with a one hour start window. The organiser can accommodate special start time requests depending on the planned distance. The organiser states that completing one lap is recognised as a finisher.
