Gloucestershire - The Early Christmas Present takes place on Sunday 21 December 2025 in Brimscombe Corner, Brimscombe Hill, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 2QN. Course and distances
The route is a 2.62 mile out-and-back lap alongside the Stroud Waterways canal. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish, with a minimum distance of one lap. The course surface is canal gravel towpath and is suitable for road or trail shoes. The overall course has very little elevation gain or loss.

Start format and finish
The event operates a flexible staggered start system within a one-hour start window to accommodate different arrival times. All finishers receive a bespoke physical memento.
