Phoenix Running - Bedfordshire: Unicorns and Mermaids
Phoenix Running Bedfordshire holds a timed lapped event at Mowsbury Park, Bedford on Saturday 16 May 2026. The course is a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) lap around parkland and woodland trails. The overall route is described as flat with no elevation gain or loss.
Participants may complete as many laps as they wish within a seven hour time limit. The minimum recognised distance is one lap, 3.28 miles. Available distance options include:

The organiser provides timing, an aid station, same day results, athletes profiles, digital BIBs and digital finishers certificates. Finishers receive a bespoke finishers medal; the event also advertises a double sided sparkly medal for some entries.
