PHOENIX Fridays - Rainbow Reindeer is a timed running event held as part of the PHOENIX Fridays series on Friday 05 December 2025 at Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JG. Places are strictly limited. Entry fees are £29.99 (affiliated) and £31.99 (unaffiliated).
Course and format
The event uses an out-and-back course along the river Thames. The loop is 5.3 km (3.28 miles) and has no elevation gain or loss, running on riverside towpath terrain (off-road trail). Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the overall time limit of 7 hours. The minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as a participant can go in the 7-hour limit. The format is timed, so laps and total distance are recorded.

Extras and finishers' items
