Phil Phest 5k

The Phil Phest 5k is scheduled for March 28, 2026, in Harahan, Louisiana, at 98 Fortier Lane. The event is the fourth annual edition and benefits the Running For Dreams Foundation. All proceeds from the race go to the Running For Dreams Foundation. Registration includes chip timing, a numbered bib, a custom unisex event t-shirt, and a finisher medal. The t-shirt is not guaranteed for race day registrants.

Kids K (ages 0-8), medal at finish

Packet pick-up is available the day before the race at LA Pharmacy, 838 S Clearview Pkwy, Jefferson, LA 70121. A post-race festival will be held in the parking lot of St Rita's Catholic Church and will include live music, food and drinks from local vendors such as Inland Seafood, Bubbalicious BBQ, Southern Eagle, and Coca-Cola.

Awards are presented during the post-race festivities. Divisions include overall top male and top female, and the top two male and female in each age group: under 18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
