Peyton's Wild and Wacky 10x5K : March 14, 2026
The event takes place in Mount Pleasant, SC on the Laurel Hill Trail at 1400 North Highway 41. It combines an ultra 50K presented in a 10x5K format and a standalone 5K that uses the same route. Registration opens September 10, 2025. Registration must be completed by February 1, 2026 to be guaranteed an event shirt and bag. The event is limited to 600 total entries. There is no race day registration. The organizer does not issue refunds, does not allow bib transfers, and will not defer registration under any circumstance. The event is planned to run rain or shine. Proceeds will be donated to three named charities and local organizations.
Format, caps and amenities
- 50K (10x5K solo)
- 50K 2-person relay
- 50K 5-person relay
- 5K (youth and adult categories)
The 50K is run as ten consecutive 5K loops; solo and relay teams must complete each loop within one hour. Relay teams share one bib and may choose running order; teams must cover all ten loops. Relay and solo participants have a runner village area for tents. The 5K is limited to 50 participants; other caps apply to the 10x5K divisions. All registered participants receive RUN4P swag; solo and relay 10x5K registrants receive a Boco Gear trucker hat. Food and beverages will be provided on site. Dogs are allowed in the park but not on the trail; the trail is not stroller friendly. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
