Event Overview
This event is the final race in a series held at the Lido in Peterhead. The series runs on one Saturday each month from April to September, with this sixth event taking place on 26 September 2026. It is organized by Peterhead Athletics Club and is a Scottish Athletics licensed event.
Race Details
Two main races are offered:
- A 3K race, starting at 11:00 AM.
- A Junior Mile for different age groups, starting at 10:00 AM.
Participants keep the same race number for the entire series. Race numbers are collected on the day of the event only, from a designated location near the Peterhead Marina Bay caravan site.
Registration and Series Information
Registration is for individual races only and must be completed in advance; no entries are taken on the day. The entry fee for the 3K race is £2 plus a 50p administration fee per race. The Junior Mile costs £1 plus a 50p administration fee per race.
Overall series standings are based on a runner's three fastest accumulated times from the series. Prizes will be awarded in various categories for the overall series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
