Event overview
Wallygrunta is a trail running event organised by Perth Trail Series on 4 January 2026 at Walyunga Pool Carpark, Walyunga Rd, Bullsbrook, WA 6084, Australia. Courses, entry and logistics
The event uses a colour-coded course system with marked trails and an event briefing that all participants must attend before their race. Distances per course are listed as:
- Green: 4-6 km (remote trail)
- Blue: 9-12 km (remote trail)
- Black: 12-16 km (remote trail)
Youth categories and minimum ages:
- Green Course minimum age: 6 years; children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Blue Course minimum age: 12 years; requires completion of three Green events before entry and parent/guardian accompaniment for the first Blue run.
- Black Course minimum age: 16 years; requires completion of three Blue events before entry and parent/guardian accompaniment for the first Black run.
