The 5K Foam Fest - Perth 2027
The 5K Foam Fest in Perth is an obstacle course fun run held at 303 Cathedral Ave, Brigadoon WA 6069, Australia on January 9, 2027. The course is approximately 5 kilometres and includes more than 25 obstacles, inflatable features including a large waterslide, mud pits, and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors, and the beer garden.
Participants aged 7 and up may run the course; children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Children 6 years and under cannot run the 5K but have access to a free Kids Fun Zone with a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house under adult supervision. Teen participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules. Legal guardians must sign event waivers for participants under 18.
Ticketed entry includes the run, a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access, the free kids zone, and a low-resolution finish photo; higher resolution photos are available for purchase. The event notes that there are risks associated with obstacle participation and that waivers are required. No refunds are offered, though transfer options are available.
