About the race
Yaberoo Trail Twilight Ultra is a trail running event on the Yaberoo Budjara Heritage Trail in Joondalup, Western Australia, held on Saturday 13 February 2027. The course follows a limestone corridor of coastal bushland that has been used by the Whadjuk peoples for thousands of years and runs north from the Burns Beach Road trailhead with the event village at the start/finish.

Race logistics and services include printed course maps and downloadable GPX files for each distance, three manned aid stations on course offering water, Tailwind, cola, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit, and an event village with food and coffee at the start/finish. The race operates a single-use-plastic-free policy and asks runners to carry a collapsible cup or soft flask for drinks.
Mandatory equipment requirements vary by distance. All competitors must carry a headlamp and a keep-cup or soft flask; longer distances (15 km, 25 km and 50 km) also require a mobile phone with the event number saved and 500 ml of water. Age limits apply for some distances: 18+ for the 50 km, 10+ for 25 km and 15 km, and 6+ for 10 km and 5 km.
