Three Village Rotary Bench Oktoberfest 5K Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K run/walk held on October 18, 2026 at the Bench Bar & Grill Lot, 1095 N Country Rd., Stony Brook, NY 11790. A portion of the proceeds will benefit People’s Arc of Suffolk (AHRC Suffolk), an organization that provides programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Registration is tiered by age and includes processing fees; the standard entry option shows a total that includes a processing charge. A t-shirt is guaranteed for registrants who sign up by October 1. Personalized bibs are offered for those who register several weeks in advance.
Event amenities and activities include a pre-race warm-up and stretch provided by Real Deal Fitness, live music by Alternate Fred, post-race music, games, vendors, food and beer (beer service for those 21 and older), and an Oktoberfest-style after party at The Bench Bar & Grill. Awards are planned: medals for the top three male and female overall finishers and medals for the top three male and female in multiple age groups including 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Registration terms state that fees are non-refundable and that entrants agree to standard liability release and event photography use. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
