Penticton Beer Run
Penticton Beer Run is scheduled for October 3, 2026 and is the event's 10th annual edition. The course is approximately 7 km and visits at least 10 regional breweries and at least 4 local eateries. The route uses the KVR trail, passes through downtown Penticton and runs along the lakeshore.
The 2026 course is a new loop. Check-in, start and finish are at Okanagan Park. There is no bus to the start. Along the route participants can expect brewery tastings, eatery stops, water on course, and a beer at the finish line.
Post-run activities include a party in the park with live music, additional tastings, food truck options and an after party at the Barking Parrot. A new Beer Run merchandise item is planned for 2026. Partial proceeds from the event are donated to youth programs; Hoodoo Adventures reports having supported more than 400,000 combined hours of youth outdoor activity over 19 years.
Published fee tiers are: Early Bird until Feb 15 at $115 per person, Regular Feb 16 to Aug 15 at $135 per person, and Last Call Aug 16 to Oct 1 at $155 per person. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
