About the race
Piethorne 10k is a 10-kilometre circular running event in Newhey, Rochdale, organized by CraggRunner. The course loops around Piethorne and Ogden Reservoirs, presenting a stunning 10k circuit along bridleways with an out-and-back to Hollingworth Lake. Runners encounter twists and turns on an undulating route, with an ascent of about 902 feet (275 metres).
