The event takes place on 1 November 2026 at Lancaster & Morecambe AC Clubhouse, Salt Ayre LA1 5JS. It includes two distances and holds a UKA licence number 28545. For 2026 the event runs alongside the Lancaster Half Marathon.

The fun run is a fancy dress event with witchy medals listed for finishers. Children aged six and under must run with an adult. Adults may take part in the fancy dress run but must enter if not running with a child. The fun run does not record times or positions.
The 10 km uses a new route for 2026 described as a fast and flat route through the Lunesdale countryside. A medal is listed for all 10 km finishers and prizes are listed for the first three male and first three female finishers. Entry fees differ by affiliation and by whether entry is online or on the day. Entries on the day are cash only. The organiser operates a no refunds swaps or deferrals policy.
