About the race
The Pembrokeshire Half Marathon and 10K are road races around the village of Dale in Pembrokeshire. Both routes run on quiet country lanes and clifftops, with finishes in front of the Boathouse Café. The course offers undulating terrain, sweeping views over the Milford Haven Waterway and out to Skokholm Island, and passes two lighthouses (the old lighthouse is now a private residence).
Water stations are provided on both routes. Distances on offer: - Half Marathon - 10K The Half Marathon follows much of the 10K route for the first half then continues with additional shorter hills and a loop of the Marloes peninsula. The 10K includes one steep climb early on and a return to Dale. Entries are capped at 300 combined places and the event is a UKA licensed race. Minimum age on race day is 15 for the 10K and 17 for the Half Marathon.
Half Marathon entrants must be able to complete the course within three hours. Race numbers must be worn on the front, no headphones are allowed, and normal road rules apply on open roads. Medical cover is available. Race entry benefits include a Tyvek race number, electronic timing, a free organic cotton event t-shirt if entered by Saturday 4 September 2027, age category prizes, free electronic event photos, and post-race water and a Welsh cake.
