Pembrokeshire Half Marathon & 10K
The Pembrokeshire Half Marathon and 10k take place around the village of Dale, Pembrokeshire, on quiet country lanes and clifftops. Both routes finish in front of the Boathouse Café and offer sweeping views over the Milford Haven Waterway and out to Skokholm Island. Runners pass two lighthouses, and the courses are undulating with water stations provided.
Entries are capped at 300 runners across both distances. Minimum age on race day is 15 for the 10k and 17 for the Half Marathon. Half Marathon entrants must be able to complete the course within 3 hours. The event is run on open roads under UK Athletics rules; normal road rules apply, no headphones are permitted, and race numbers must be worn on the front of the top. Medical cover is available.
Race services include electronic timing, a Tyvek race number, free electronic event photos, prizes across age categories, and water and a Welsh cake at the finish. The first local finisher in the Half Marathon receives the Dale Frog trophy. A free organic cotton event t-shirt is guaranteed for entries made by Saturday 4 September 2027. The event supports Greenacres Animal Rescue, whose volunteers assist with race-day parking and collections. Entries close at midnight on Friday 17 September 2027 or when the event fills.
