Pembrokeshire Coastal Races 5-7 June 2026
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival that follows the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path, finishing at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). The event offers multiple linear courses along coastal terrain with marked paths, checkpoint coverage and GPS traces for navigation.
Distances:
- 100 mile St Dogmaels to Dale, 160 km, 6,300 m ascent
- 50 mile Porthgain to Dale, 80 km, 2,850 m ascent
- 50K St Davids to Dale, 50 km, 1,850 m ascent
- 22 mile Newgale to Dale, 35 km, 1,150 m ascent
The event base at Dale Hill Farm Campsite includes camping for competitors and families, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking and a cliff top finish overlooking the coast and Milford Sound. Coach transport from the finish to each start is included for competitors. GPS tracker hire and parking are provided for all races; the 100 mile and 50 mile entries include two nights camping. Additional camping and spectator parking are available for a fee.
Safety and support provisions include regular checkpoints with refreshments, emergency first aid cover, race safety teams, marshals and extra route markers at tricky sections. Competitors must carry the compulsory kit list and can use the provided GPS file to aid navigation. Checkpoint and drop bag details vary by distance.
