Event overview
Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival held 5 to 7 June 2026 at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). The routes follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the Wales Coast Path. The event has a minimum entry age of 18. Entries open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026.
Race details
- 100 mile (about 160 km) - 6,300 m ascent
- 50 mile (about 80 km) - 2,850 m ascent
- 50K (about 50 km) - 1,850 m ascent
- 22 mile (about 35 km) - 1,150 m ascent
Each race finishes at the event base by the cliffs at Dale. Checkpoint numbers: 12 for the 100 mile, 7 for the 50 mile, 5 for the 50K, and 3 for the 22 mile. The 100 mile entries include 3 drop bags and the 50 mile includes 1 drop bag.
Logistics and facilities
Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for all competitors. The PCP 100 mile and PCP 50 mile entries include two nights of camping and GPS tracker hire; the 50K and 22 mile entries include coach transport, parking and GPS tracker hire, with camping available as an extra. Entry fees listed are £160 for 100 mile, £99 for 50 mile, £60 for 50K and £45 for 22 mile. Event HQ facilities include camping, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking and a cliff-top finish area. Routes are waymarked on the coast path and a GPS trace is provided; additional markers and marshals are used at tricky sections. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
