Event overview

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races is a trail and ultra running festival held 5 to 7 June 2026. The event base is at Dale Hill Farm Campsite (SA62 3QX). Entries open 1 August 2025 and close 29 May 2026. Minimum age to enter is 18 or older. All routes follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the Wales Coast Path and finish at Dale.

Race distances and key details

  • 100 mile : St Dogmaels to Dale, 6,300 m ascent, 12 checkpoints, 3 drop bags, entry fee £160.
  • 50 mile : Porthgain to Dale, 2,850 m ascent, 7 checkpoints, 1 drop bag, entry fee £99.
  • 50K : St Davids to Dale, 1,850 m ascent, 5 checkpoints, entry fee £60.
  • 22 mile : Newgale to Dale, 1,150 m ascent, 3 checkpoints, entry fee £45.

Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for all competitors. GPS tracker hire is included for all races. The 100 mile and 50 mile entries include two nights of camping; camping for the 50K and 22 mile races can be added for £10 per person, per night.

Event base and services

Event HQ offers camping for competitors and families, an event marquee, toilets and showers, food and drink vendors, event parking, and a cliff-top finish area overlooking the coast.
