Route & Navigation

All races follow the marked Pembrokeshire Coast Path and Wales Coast Path. The event is self-navigation, but the paths are well-maintained and signed. A GPS trace is provided to all competitors, and extra markers, marshals, and flags are placed at tricky sections or checkpoints.

Checkpoints are provided along each route, with 12 for the 100-mile, 7 for the 50-mile, 5 for the 50K, and 3 for the 22-mile race. Drop bags are available for the 100-mile (3 bags) and 50-mile (1 bag) races. A compulsory kit list must be carried.
