The Pelham Half Marathon and 10K is an annual community race held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, in Pelham, New York. The event is presented by Hospital for Special Surgery and raises funds for the Pelham Civic Association’s "Help a Child, Change a Life" program. The race includes a half marathon, a 10K, and a 1K Kids Fun Run for children ages 6 to 12. The courses for the half marathon and 10K are USATF certified.

Location, logistics, and organizer
The race start and finish are at 20 Fifth Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803. Free parking is available at Pelham Metro-North Station commuter lots, Wolfs Lane between 1st and Boulevard, Pelham Middle and High Schools, and on residential streets south of the Metro-North station. Certified course maps and event information are provided by the organizers. The event is organized by Friends of the Pelham Civic Association, Inc., and proceeds support local student learning support, skill enrichment, and social support services.
