Peak Running - The Dovedale Dipper

The Dovedale Dipper is a challenging trail event held in the scenic Peak District National Park, specifically in the village of Hartington. Participants can choose between two routes: the Big Dipper, approximately 27 miles, and the Little Dipper, around 15 miles. Both routes offer stunning views as they traverse the hills, valleys, and villages along the Derbyshire-Staffordshire border.

This event, popular among both runners and hikers, was previously organized by the Matlock Rotary Club until 2019, after which Peak Running took over to continue this beloved tradition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
