Peak Forest Fell Race
Peak Forest Fell Race is a fell-running event in the Peak District countryside. The course distance is 9.7 km with a total climb of 247 m. The race starts from the former village store on Church Lane, Peak Forest, SK17 8EL.
On-the-day registration takes place at Peak Forest Reading Room, SK17 8EF, adjacent to the traffic lights in Peak Forest. Standard entry fee is £8.00; on-the-day registration fee is £10.00. Entries open on 4 November 2025 and close on 10 July 2026. The minimum age for entry is 18 on the event date.
There is free car parking on the village recreation ground; parking will be signposted. The race route is marked at key points and marshals are provided along the course. Hot drinks and cakes are available after the race.
