Paw Prints PetFest & 5K takes place at Smithville Park in Eastampton, New Jersey. The event offers multiple distance options and includes an on-site festival with food trucks, a band, Tito's Beverage Garden, a raffle basket tent, and other activities.

The timed off-road 5K course winds through a wooded trail. Participants may run or walk the course and may do so accompanied by a dog or a cat in a stroller; dogs must be leashed. At the start, individual runners go first, followed by runners with dogs, then walkers with or without a dog or cat in a stroller.

Registration details listed for the event include opening and closing dates and a registration fee of $20.00 for in-person and virtual entries. A virtual run option is offered that is completed on the participant's own and is not part of the in-person festival; event t-shirts are not available to virtual-run registrants. All in-person registrants receive a standard cotton event shirt. Registrants who raise at least $100, excluding the registration fee, are listed to receive a performance-style, dri-fit event t-shirt.
