Course operations and services
Runners complete as many full laps as they can during the 8-hour time window; partial laps do not count and no new laps may be started shortly before the end of the event. There is a single aid station at the start/finish area and a drop/pit area for personal gear. Organizers request no tent stakes, recommend tents no larger than 10x10, and ask that tents be weighed down. The aid area will offer made-to-order sandwiches, a variety of snacks, soup, quesadillas, hot water, and vegan-friendly options. The event is cupless, so participants should bring a bladder, pack, water bottle, or reusable cup. Tailwind Nutrition is listed as the event drink.
All entrants receive custom race items; there will be no event medal. Awards are given to the top three female and male finishers. Registration opens 2/13/25; fees are $90 until 6/1/25, $100 until 10/1/25, and $110 thereafter. No refunds are offered; voluntary deferrals are allowed through 11/14/25. A hotel room block is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton near the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
