P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10k Charity Run 2026
The 14th Annual P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10k Charity Run takes place on 5 April 2026 in Bilton, Hull, East Yorkshire. The course starts at Bilton Village Hall. The event has an entry limit of 250 places; at the time of listing 137 places were taken and 113 remained. All funds raised at the event will go to the local charity P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery, a community support service for people affected by brain injury.
Entry, race rules and race pack
The entry fee for one person is £25. Entry closes on 8 March 2026. Entrants must be 18 years or older on race day and must certify they are medically fit to run the distance. Due to route restrictions, participants must be able to complete the run in under 1 hour 30 minutes. No refunds or place transfers are available. All participants receive an official runners pack that includes a 2026 P.A.U.L 10K medal and a t-shirt.
