The Hardwolds 40
The Hardwolds 40 is a challenging 44-mile running event held in the scenic Yorkshire Wolds, starting from Beverley and finishing in Malton. The route follows the Hudson Way before joining the Wolds Way near Goodmanham, passing through picturesque chalk landscapes, historic market towns, and ancient villages including Londesborough, Millington, Thixendale, and the deserted medieval village of Wharram Percy. Runners have 20 hours to complete the course, with support crew options and a drop bag system to accommodate dietary needs.
