Distances and course details
- 5K - starts at courthouse; paved roads, short climb past the high school, dirt fire road turnaround.
- 12K - starts at courthouse; steep descents, a creek crossing, single-track climb to Slaughterhouse Road and the Flume Trail.
Aid stations are positioned across all distances and Mariposa County Search and Rescue will be on site for runner safety. Trails include technical sections with rocks, roots, and climbs, and participants are advised to familiarize themselves with the route beforehand and consider running with a companion. For safety: no dogs are permitted on any route. The 12K does not allow strollers, and youth under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
