Parma Run-Walk for Pierogies
The Parma Run-Walk for Pierogies is scheduled for June 27, 2026 at the Tri-C Western Campus, 11000 Pleasant Valley Road, Parma, OH 44130. The event marks its fifteenth year and will direct proceeds to multiple charities and community projects.
The program includes both timed and untimed options. The 5k is chip timed with live results, and bibs are provided for the untimed 5k and the 1 mile. The course at Tri-C Western Campus is described as very flat. Packet pickup is available the day before at the campus and on race morning. Post race snacks and water are provided.
The first 600 pre-registered participants are guaranteed a signature t-shirt. All participants receive pierogies at the finish line and a certificate for free pierogies from Perla Pierogies. Icey wet towels will be available after the finish. New this year, every participant will receive a pierogie finisher award. Awards include top overall male and female in the 5k and age group awards from youth through 80 and over; the top three male and female finishers in each division receive a pierogie necklace award.
Registration fees are listed as $35 for pre-registration, $40 for packet pickup or day of registration, and $20 for ages 11 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
