Lake Erie Liberty 5K
The Lake Erie Liberty 5K takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Beach Park Station, 33489 Lake Road, Avon Lake, OH 44012. The event offers both timed and untimed running and walking options and is tied to a community celebration.

The 5K is chip timed and the 1 mile is untimed. Runners with dogs and strollers are asked to line up nearer the back of the pack to reduce collisions and congestion.
Pre-registration for both the 5K and the 1 mile is listed at $30. Mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Race day registration fees are listed as $35 for the 5K and $35 for the 1 mile walk.
Awards include top overall male and female, plus top three male and female finishers in age groups 8 and under, 9 to 11, 12 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over.
