Fat Little 5K & 1 Mile Walk : June 26, 2026
This event is a community running and walking event held at Fat Little Buddies, 26906 Cook Road, Olmsted Township / Olmsted Falls, Ohio 44138. It offers two course options and supports a charitable cause; race proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

Registration and entries are managed separately for each distance. The 5K registration opens February 21, 2026 and closes June 25, 2026. The 1 Mile registration opens March 1, 2026 and closes on the event date. The listed registration fee for each event is $25.00. Early packet pick-up is scheduled for June 25 on the back patio of Fat Little Buddies. The deadline to order a T-shirt is June 19, 2026.
Event programming includes awards, live music, dinner specials, and a post-race party at the venue. Awards are given overall and to the top three finishers in the listed age groups. Age brackets include 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. The event notes that roads will reopen after 45 minutes and that participants not completing the 5K within that time may be asked to move to a sidewalk or the side of the road for safety.
