Cardinal Crew 5K and 1 Mile Glow Run - Medina, OH
The 4th Annual Cardinal Crew event takes place on June 27, 2026, at Public Square in Medina, Ohio. The program combines timed and untimed running options with a community festival in the event area.
Participants can choose among these distances:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 mile Glow Run / Fun Walk
- Virtual 5K (3.1 miles)
- Cardinal Crew Kid's Dash (does not include t-shirt or participation medal)
Race registration normally includes race entry, a t-shirt, and a participation medal; the 5K is chip timed. T-shirts are guaranteed for pre-registered participants except for Kid's Dash entrants. Organizers note that shirts and medals are not guaranteed for some late registrations and may be mailed after the event if supplies run out. Entries are non-refundable and race numbers are not transferable.
The on-site festival features local vendors, multiple mini yoga sessions, food trucks, live music, yard games, and family-friendly activities. Dogs and strollers are permitted in the field with guidance to start near the back, keep dogs on short leashes, and clean up after pets. Awards are given to top male and female overall and to male and female age-group winners from 9 and under through 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
