The Paris Mountain Half Marathon is scheduled for October 10, 2026, at Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville, SC (2401 State Park Rd, Greenville, SC 29609). The event is a single-loop half marathon of 13.1 miles that starts and finishes at Shelter #3. Registration prices listed include $40 (reduced price of $15 for ages 1–17); the listed price increases after March 31, 2026. Registration covers park entry. Transfers between registrants and distance changes are permitted. No refunds or deferrals will be offered unless the event sells out.
Course, services and awards
The course totals about 2,300 feet of elevation gain and includes single-track trails, wide switchbacks, three lakes with waterfalls, and two climbs. Aid stations are located near mile 4.6 and mile 10.4 and may provide items such as pickles, cookies, chips, fig newtons, and pretzels, with hydration options including water, cola, and ginger ale. The event is cup-less; participants must bring their own hydration vessel. Included with registration are a finisher medal, custom race bib, event giveaways, post-race pancakes, complimentary race photos, and a custom collapsible hydration cup. Top three overall male and female finishers receive trophies; age group awards are given to the top three in each listed age category.
