Palouse to Cascades Marathon+ Relay

Safety and event rules include a zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs on the course, vehicle restrictions (no vehicles wider than 80 inches or longer than 20 feet; motorhomes, buses, and limousines prohibited), and a requirement that participants obey Washington State laws and event volunteers.
