Paint the Parkway Pink is the 14th annual event presented by the ThriveWell Cancer Foundation at the San Antonio Police Training Academy in San Antonio, TX. The event includes in-person and virtual options and a mix of running, walking, youth, survivor, and first responder entries.

The on-site 5K will not be run as a competitive race; a finish line clock will display times, but timing chips and an awards ceremony will not be used. Registrants for the 5K, One Mile, and kids' run receive a commemorative race t-shirt available in adult and youth sizes; shirt availability is guaranteed for registrations completed before October 1. Virtual entries include a t-shirt, pink bib, finisher's medal, and a goodie bag, with mailed packets provided only to out-of-town non SATX registrations.
The Kid's Race is limited to children aged 2 to 8, held on the San Antonio Police Training Academy track; all finishers receive a ribbon and a goodie bag and age group breakdowns are provided. The event also lists complimentary survivor entries and discounted first responder entries. Sponsorship levels are available with benefits such as vendor space, logo placement on race shirts and promotions, race registrations, and podium recognition.
