About the race
Paint the Parkway Pink is the 14th Annual community event presented by ThriveWell Cancer Foundation. The event is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at the San Antonio Police Training Academy, 12200 SE Loop 410 Access Rd. It is open to the entire community and includes in-person and virtual participation options.
The course is described as flat, fast, and stroller-friendly, with accessibility for participants of varying mobility. Event offerings include commemorative race t-shirts for registered participants, awards for top finishers and first responders, recognition for a top breast cancer survivor, and trophies for children aged 10 and under. A team challenge includes an award for the Largest Group.
The program also features an untimed fun walk listed as the Chappy B Mile Walk and a kids fun run. Virtual participants may receive event apparel and a medal.
