Oyster Bay Brewing Company 5K and Kids Fun Run
This event features a 5K Run/Walk and a Kids Fun Run hosted at Oyster Bay Brewing Company in Oyster Bay, NY. The 5K starts and finishes in the brewery's back parking lot and follows a course through nearby streets, including Audrey Avenue, Shore Avenue, Larabee Avenue, South Street, Elise Street, White Street, East Main Street and McCouns Lane. The Kids Fun Run is contained to the parking lot.

Amenities include t-shirts, refreshments, raffles, awards and beer. Registered participants aged 21 and older receive one free beer. Pre-registration for the 5K by April 18 qualifies for a t-shirt and one raffle ticket for a Grill Top Pizza Oven. Bib numbers are provided in advance to registrants who sign up more than 24 hours ahead; a self-lookup area is available for those who do not know their bib number.
Awards are given to top male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 plus.
The event benefits the Matthew Fetzer Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit supporting children with cancer. Donations of new toys or gift cards for children battling cancer are welcome.
