Oyster Bay Brewing Company & Matthew Fetzer Foundation 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run
This event is a community 5K run/walk with a separate Kids Fun Run held at the Oyster Bay Brewing Company parking area in Oyster Bay, NY. The Kids Fun Run is contained to the parking lot. The event is listed as rain or shine.

Amenities include raffles, awards, refreshments, beer, and a t-shirt. Participants who pre-register by April 18 receive a t-shirt and one free raffle ticket for a grill top pizza oven. Registered participants aged 21 and over receive one complimentary beer. Live online results, same-day finish line photos, and video are provided.
Awards recognize the top overall male and female and the top three male and female finishers in age groups including 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
The course begins and ends in the back parking lot of the brewery and follows local streets including Audrey Avenue, Shore Avenue, Larabee Avenue, South Street, Elise Street, White Street, East Main Street, and McCouns Lane, with at least one U-turn on the route.
The event benefits the Matthew Fetzer Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit supporting children with cancer. Attendees are invited to bring a new toy or a gift card for children battling cancer. Bib pickup is handled by event staff beginning one hour before the event; self-lookup is available for those who do not know their bib number.
