Over The Hill Track Club High Desert 50K & 30K
Organized by the Over The Hill Track Club, this event takes place in the desert landscape of Ridgecrest, California. The race features loop courses on rolling desert terrain primarily consisting of dirt roads. Participants can expect elevation variations ranging between 2,400 feet and 3,500 feet throughout the routes.

- 30 km
- 10 km
The 50 km and 30 km courses include nine well-stocked aid stations providing water, electrolytes, and various snacks. A cut-off time is enforced at the Gracie's Mansion aid station at 2:30 pm, with a final finish line cut-off at 4:00 pm. An early start option is available for those who require more time, though these participants are not eligible for competitive awards.
The 10 km route traverses the Goldbug Mining area and crests a ridge before joining the final section of the longer courses. This distance includes one aid station. All participants across all distances start and finish at the Cerro Coso Community College. The facility provides access to bathrooms and showers on the day of the event.
Finishers receive a handmade ceramic medal. Special awards are presented to top overall finishers and winners in various age categories for the 50 km and 30 km distances.
