The Outpace Cancer Race is scheduled for April 18, 2026, in Oklahoma City at the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center on the OU Health campus. The event includes the following distances:

Registration opens January 1, 2026. Posted entry fees are $40 for the 10K, $40 for the 5K, $30 for the 1-Mile Walk, and $40 for the Virtual Runner. Virtual participants are eligible to receive the same event items as in-person participants, including a t-shirt, medal, and bracelets, and may upload their time to appear on the event leaderboard.
