Outpace Cancer Race takes place on April 18, 2026, at the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center on the OU Health campus in Oklahoma City. The event program includes the following distances:
- 10K
- 5K
- 1-Mile Walk
- Virtual Runner
A post-race gathering called the Bring Your Pace Bash follows the event. Virtual participants are eligible to receive the same event items as in-person participants, including a t-shirt, medal, and bracelets, and may upload a finish time to appear on the event leaderboard. Strollers are allowed. Bicycles and electric scooters are not permitted. Only ADA certified pets are allowed on site.
Registration, fees, and charity
Registration opens January 1, 2026. Listed entry fees are $40 for the 10K, $40 for the 5K, $30 for the 1-Mile Walk, and $40 for the Virtual Runner. The event organizes fundraising for the Stephenson Cancer Center and has a stated fundraising goal of $175,000. Registration proceeds support the Stephenson Cancer Center Emergency Fund, which provides assistance for lodging, food, transportation, and medication for patients facing unexpected financial needs during cancer treatment.
