Event Overview

The Outpace Cancer Race is held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center on the OU Health campus in Oklahoma City. The event is hosted by the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center. Registrations support the Stephenson Cancer Center Emergency Fund, which provides aid for patients facing financial emergencies related to treatment.

Event Distances

Participants can choose from several distances:

10K run.
5K run.
1-Mile Walk.

There is also a Virtual Runner option for those who cannot attend in person. Virtual participants can receive the same items as in-person runners and can upload their times to a leaderboard.

Participant Information

The event is described as family-friendly. Strollers are welcome, but bicycles and electric scooters are not allowed. Only ADA-certified pets are permitted.
