Towne Bank Outer Banks Marathon & Half Marathon
The Towne Bank Outer Banks Marathon & Half Marathon is scheduled for November 6-8, 2026 on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The event is organized by Outer Banks Sporting Events and is described as the oldest continuously running road race in the Outer Banks.
