Out Of The Blue Battle 10k & 5k
Out Of The Blue is a twilight running event held at Ashburnham Place, Battle, East Sussex, on 25 June 2026. The event takes place across the estate, described as 220 acres of trails and grounds, and is organised as the 11th edition. The course is multi-terrain. Distances offered include:
- 10k : two laps of the course
- 5k : one lap of the course
- Junior Run
The event raises funds for four charities that supported the family and friends of the event's founders. The charities are Winston's Wish, Dragonflies, CALM and The Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team, each providing bereavement, mental health or search-and-rescue support. On event day there are charity tents, a BBQ and free sports massage. Entrants receive a bespoke medal and free parking is available on site. Dogs are not allowed at Ashburnham Place. On-the-day entry is handled in cash only due to limited signal and card payments are not accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
