Event Overview
The Ouray Mountain Trail Run is scheduled for September 19, 2026, in Ouray, Colorado. Course Details
The event features a single distance through the San Juan Mountains:
- 13 miles with approximately 4180 feet of elevation gain.
The race begins and ends at Fellin Park. The route includes three aid stations to support participants. There is a specific requirement for all runners to check in at the second aid station, located approximately 7 miles into the course, within 3 hours of the start.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available at Fellin Park during the evening on Friday, September 18th, and on the morning of the event, Saturday, September 19th. Participants are encouraged to collect their materials on Friday evening. The course takes runners through mountain terrain and provides views of the surrounding San Juan range before returning to the town of Ouray.
