The Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Oktoberfest event takes place in downtown Jackson, Michigan on October 3, 2026. The program includes road race distances and a themed kids event sponsored by a local safety organization.

Registration for the adult events opens January 1, 2026 and closes January 15, 2026; the Kids Run registration remains open through race day. Listed registration fees for the events are $20 for the 10K and 5K events and $5 for the Kids Run. A Friends & Family discount reduces the fee by $5 per person when registering three or more participants. To guarantee an event shirt, registration must be completed by September 17.
Awards are given to top male and female finishers in Open, Master (40+), and Senior Master (60+) categories for the 5K run and 5K walk, plus age-group awards for top three places in the listed age brackets. Early packet pick-up is scheduled the day before at Grand River Brewery and race-day packet pick-up is available on site. Service dogs are allowed; no other dogs are permitted. The event supports Greater Jackson Habitat for Humanity and the Kids Run is sponsored by Distracted Driver Awareness. Race timing is provided by the Michigan Running Foundation.
