Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Oktoberfest 10K/5K, Kids Superhero Run
This event takes place on October 3, 2026, in downtown Jackson, Michigan. It features multiple race options and a community focus that supports Greater Jackson Habitat for Humanity and its 20 by 28 initiative.
Distances and event types include:
- 10K Run (6.2 miles)
- 5K Run (3.1 miles)
- 5K Walk (3.1 miles)
- Kids Superhero Run for children age 10 and under
Registration details include an early New Years price of $20 from 1/1 to 1/15. Additional listed pricing is $35 through 9/20 and $40 thereafter. A Friends and Family discount of $5 per person applies for groups of three or more. To guarantee an event shirt, registration must be completed by 9/17. Individual event listings show registration fees of $20 for the 5K and 10K and $5 for the Kids Run.
Awards will be given to top male and female finishers in Open, Master (40+), and Senior Master (60+) categories for the 5K Run and 5K Walk. Age group awards are provided for multiple age brackets in each race.
Early packet pick-up is scheduled the day before the race at a location to be determined. Race day packet pick-up is available the morning of the event. No dogs are permitted except service dogs. The event will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Distracted Driver Awareness is the sponsor of the Kids Superhero Run.
