Event overview

The ORRRC Frostbite 5 Miler takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Dayton, OH (zip 45458). The event is presented by the Ohio River Road Runners Club, a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer Ohio non-profit club. Registration opens January 1, 2026. Course, distances and fees

The race starts and finishes at Centerville High School, 500 E. Franklin St., and follows a course through the residential neighborhood southwest of the school, returning to finish behind the school. The walk course omits a 1-mile loop on Cable Court in the third mile and continues straight to Gracewood Drive.

Fees and membership:

  • Current ORRRC members: free (proof of membership required if not registered through RunSignup)
  • Non-members: $10 for ages 15 and up; free for ages 14 and under
  • Membership option is available during registration; the club lists a yearly membership fee and member race benefits.
