Funds raised will be used to establish a scholarship in Orlando Josiah’s name to benefit a graduate of the Horseheads School District. Awards are specified for overall finishers with cash prizes for first place overall male and female competitors age 20 and older and first place overall youth male and female competitors age 19 and younger. Medals are awarded to the top 200 finishers.
