Orion Veterans Memorial Day Run
The Orion Veterans Memorial Day Run is scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026, in Lake Orion, Michigan. It is the ninth annual running of the Memorial Day event. The start and finish are on Anderson Street adjacent to the Children's Park parking lot. Each participant receives an event dog tag at the finish. A virtual category is available. Event proceeds support the long-term sustainability of the Orion Veteran's Memorial.

Registration for some events opens in December 2025. Registration and packet pickup are available at Hanson's Running Shop on the corner of Flint and Broadway. Event shirts are guaranteed to those registered by May 5. Day-of registration is $5 higher and may be limited or not available. Day-of check-in takes place near the start/finish.
